Tips for a good screen recording

Tab sharing gives the best quality and keeps audio in sync — choose "Chrome Tab" (or the equivalent) in the share dialog and enable "Share tab audio" to include the tab's sound.
Microphone mixing: with the microphone toggle on, your voice is mixed with the captured audio — great for narrating a demo or recording a call-over.
Stopping: use Stop & finish here, or the browser's own "Stop sharing" button — both end the recording cleanly and hand you the file.
File format: recordings save as .webm (VP8/VP9 + Opus), which plays everywhere modern and converts to MP4 in any free converter if a platform demands it.
