AI chat, image, video, audio, ebook, character, and document-OCR tools. Cloud-backed tools call Venice AI, Mistral, or Google Gemini — the provider is named on each tool page and their privacy policy applies once your prompt or file reaches their server. Two tools run locally in your browser and transmit nothing: text-to-speech and background removal. A browser-based Tesseract OCR path also exists at /convert/ocr; the higher-accuracy AI Document OCR at /ai-tools/document-ocr uploads to Mistral for processing.
Optional local-model path: install Ollama and the chat stays entirely on your machine. See editorial policy for how we frame AI disclosures.

A set of AI tools for chat, ebook writing, image/video/audio generation, a character interface, OCR, and text-to-speech. Cloud-backed tools call third-party providers (Venice AI, Mistral, Google Gemini) whose policies govern your prompts; browser-based tools (TTS, background removal) run locally via WebAssembly. The provider is disclosed on each tool page. Free to use; optional account for saved chats and favorites.
Pick the tool that matches your task (chat, image, ebook, etc.)
Read the provider disclosure at the top of the page
Run the tool; download or copy the output when done
The tools themselves are free. A small optional paid tier removes ads and adds a generous monthly credit pool for the cloud-backed AI tools (Venice, Mistral, Gemini). Without paying, each tool has free usage you can verify on the tool page itself.
Chat and ebook writing primarily use Venice AI. Character AI uses Venice. OCR uses Mistral. Image and video generation use Venice. Text-to-speech and background removal run locally in the browser via WebAssembly. The exact provider is named at the top of each tool page.
Browser-based tools never transmit your input. Cloud-backed tools send your prompt to the named provider — once it reaches their server, their privacy policy applies. I do not retain prompts on my own infrastructure. For maximum privacy, use the local Ollama chat option.
Venice AI is a third-party inference provider that emphasizes reduced logging and unmoderated model responses. I use them for most of the cloud-backed tools on this site. Their current policies are at venice.ai — I do not speak for Venice; read their terms before deciding whether they fit your use case.
This is not a chat product. It is a set of narrow tools built around specific workflows (ebook writing, OCR, image generation, etc.). If you want a general-purpose assistant, ChatGPT or Claude.ai are better fits. If you want a single-file, single-task tool with a disclosed provider and no lock-in, the tools here are purpose-built for that.
Yes — for Venice AI and Mistral, you can paste your own key and the site calls the provider directly with no middleman. Your key is stored only in your browser localStorage.
